We loaded ninjaoutreach.com on 27 September and 19 October 2026 and got server errors (Cloudflare 522 on the second). The Wayback Machine logged it redirecting to influencermarketing.ai from February to April 2026, after server errors from October 2025.
Is NinjaOutreach still working?
No. Ninja Outreach was an influencer and blogger outreach tool with a built-in contact database. ninjaoutreach.com stopped serving its own site in autumn 2025: the Wayback Machine recorded a 502 error on 7 October 2025 and 503s through December. From February to April 2026 archived visits were sent on to influencermarketing.ai, the IMAI influencer platform, and by our checks on 27 September and 19 October 2026 the domain returned only a server error. The login app at app.ninjaoutreach.com did not respond either.
IMAI is still running and sells its own plans (Personal $129, Starter $299, Growth $499 and Scale $1,200 a month, from its pricing page on 19 October 2026). What NinjaOutreach was
NinjaOutreach started as a blogger outreach tool and turned into an influencer marketing platform. It offered a searchable database of influencers and bloggers, a built-in CRM for outreach relationships, and mass emailing.

- Outreach CRM: filters, notes, conversation history, and team members with access rights per person.

NinjaOutreach pricing
The last pricing page the Wayback Machine saved with prices on it (21 August 2025) listed three plans, each with a 7-day free trial. By then a script on that page forwarded visitors to IMAI's pricing, so these are the last published NinjaOutreach prices, not necessarily what a buyer was shown.

- Large influencer database. The archived homepage claimed 400M+ influencer profiles with email addresses; the pricing page said 120M on every plan.
- Built-in CRM. Filters, notes and conversation history in one place, with per-person access for teams.
- Chrome extension. NinjaOutreach Lite, still listed on the Chrome Web Store, prospected from any webpage.
Cons
- Expensive for limited contacts. $149/mo (monthly billing) got you 100 influencer contacts and 2 campaigns, or $1.49 per contact.
- Influencer focus, not link building. The platform pivoted to influencer marketing. If you need dedicated link building outreach, tools like Pitchbox or MentionAgent are better fits.
- Tight email caps. Bronze allowed 300 emails a month for 100 contacts.
