In MentionAgent outreach, 2.2% of sites emailed gave a positive reply, about one yes per 45 sites. Judge a plan by how many sites its email cap lets you reach, not by the cap alone.
Pro at that rate: 2,000 emails a month, all spent on first pitches, would reach about 44 yeses.
Any reply: 7.7% of sites answered at all. Most replies are not a yes.

Monthly vs annual billing
Pitchbox's FAQ says every plan needs a one-year commitment, whichever way you pay. Monthly billing is not a way out after a month. It is the same year at a higher rate:
- Pro: $2,520 a year billed annually, $3,600 billed monthly.
- Advanced: $5,040 against $7,200.
- Scale: $9,900 against $14,400.
Upgrades are prorated straight away. Downgrades wait for the next billing cycle, and cancelling keeps access until the contract period ends.
Which Pitchbox plan do you need?
- One site, in-house: Pro covers it, if a year at $2,520 or more makes sense for one site.
- An agency with clients: Advanced. Pro has one workspace and no white-label reports, so client work starts here.
- Over 5,000 emails a month or many senders: Scale, for 25,000 emails and 20 email accounts.
Costs beyond the plan
- Implementation. Expert-led setup is optional at $2,000 (Pro), $3,000 (Advanced) or $4,000 (Scale), and included when you prepay a year.
- Your own SEO data. Pitchbox's homepage says core SEO metrics come built in. Connecting Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz or Majestic for more means paying for that subscription separately.
- Mailboxes. The email accounts you connect are yours to buy and warm up.
Is Pitchbox worth the price?
For an agency running outreach for several clients, Advanced is the plan that fits, and client workspaces and white-label reports are what the price buys. For one site, the year-long commitment is the harder part, not the monthly figure. The platform itself is covered in our Pitchbox review.
