MailerLite is free up to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month. Paid plans start at $12 (Comfort) and $25 (Power) a month for 500 subscribers and rise with your list.
Discounts: 10% for yearly billing, 30% for nonprofits, one discount at a time.
Plan names: Free, Comfort, Power and Enterprise. There is no plan called Creator.

Comfort covers a regular newsletter. Power is worth the extra only if you need unlimited sending, more than 50 automations or more than 3 seats.

Older guides, including the earlier version of this page, list a 1,000-subscriber free plan and paid plans called Growing Business and Advanced. MailerLite's pricing page now lists only Free, Comfort, Power and Enterprise. Every paid plan gets the same core features; you pay more for a bigger list and more sending.
How pricing scales with subscribers
Your price is set by the subscriber tier you fall into. On Comfort, the monthly email allowance is 10 times the top of that tier.

Monthly billing. Yearly billing takes 10% off each price, so 10,000 subscribers on Comfort is $80.10 a month. Taxes may apply on top.
MailerLite discounts, vouchers and deals
MailerLite's pricing page doesn't list public coupon or voucher codes. These are the discounts it does publish:
- Yearly billing: 10% off. Switching from monthly to yearly applies as soon as you check out. Going from yearly back to monthly only takes effect when the yearly plan ends.
- Nonprofits: 30% off paid plans. Say you're a nonprofit in the approval application, then send support proof of status, such as an IRS tax exemption certificate in the US.
- 14-day trial of premium features. Every new account gets it, with no credit card. Your data stays if you don't upgrade.
- Partner discounts on Power. Power and Enterprise include partner offers, such as 15% off Google Workspace.
Only one discount applies at a time, so a nonprofit can't stack the yearly discount on top of the 30%. There's no discount for running several accounts: each one is billed separately. MailerLite also runs a referral program and an affiliate program for people who recommend it.

Hidden costs and limitations
- Going over your tier upgrades you automatically. On a paid plan, MailerLite raises your subscriber limit and charges your card for the next tier.
- Deleted subscribers still count until your billing date. The count is cumulative within each billing cycle, so anyone active at any point that month is billed.
- The free plan locks sending above 250. Campaigns and automations stop until you upgrade or remove active subscribers.
- Comfort has a sending cap. If you hit 10x your tier before the month resets, you wait or move to Power.
- New accounts need approval. MailerLite reviews accounts against its anti-spam policy, and that rules out cold email. See the MailerLite review for why this matters.
Is MailerLite worth the price?
MailerLite is worth it if you:
- Send newsletters to opted-in subscribers (bloggers, creators, small businesses)
- Want websites, landing pages, digital products and bookings in the same tool
- Have a list in the low thousands, where Comfort costs $19 to $49 a month
MailerLite is probably not worth it if you:
- Need cold email outreach, which MailerLite prohibits. Look at a cold email tool like Instantly instead
- Want a free plan for more than 250 subscribers
