Blogger Outreach Service
MentionAgent is a blogger outreach service run by software. It finds blogs in your niche, finds the author, pitches them against their own post, and checks the link went live. From $99/month, no per-link fees, 14-day refund.
What page one charges: $25 to $517 per placement, priced by the blog's DR, read on each provider's page on 19 October 2026.
The difference: a per-placement service sells you a link at a DR tier. Outreach asks bloggers, and each one decides.
A blog's authority barely changes whether the blogger replies: 6.9% to 8.8% across DR bands. It changes what they reply with. 13% of replies from DR 0-9 blogs named a price, and 32% from DR 30-49.
Every blog MentionAgent pitched for link-building sites from 5 August to 30 September 2026, counted per domain on 19 October 2026. DR is Ahrefs Domain Rating.
How our blogger outreach service works
- Finding blogs. Posts in your niche from web search, scored by Ahrefs Domain Rating. Free, no credits used.
- Finding the blogger. The author's or owner's email, taken from the site itself. Also free.
- Writing the pitch against the specific post the blogger published. Each draft costs 2 credits.
- Sending from a sending domain registered for you, with a Gmail inbox on it, warmed up automatically. Your own domain and email are never touched.
- Approval. Drafts wait for you in the dashboard or on Telegram. Once warmup has started you can turn on auto-send, and turn it off again.
- Replies land in one inbox. Ask for a reply draft and it can propose the exact page, paragraph and sentence for the link. Replies are never answered automatically.
- Link checks. When a blogger says the link is up, MentionAgent checks it, then re-fetches every live link nightly.
Follow-ups go only to bloggers who replied and then went quiet, up to three. Bloggers who never answered are not chased.
A real pitch and its thread
The first line names the post the agent read, so it differs in every email. The ask is a mention where it fits, and the page and wording were agreed in the reply thread.

Our data: what bloggers reply, by DR
MentionAgent's own outreach records: every blog pitched on behalf of link-building sites from 5 August to 30 September 2026. Each blog counts once per site it was pitched for, and a reply from any address at that blog counts. The window starts after 4 August, when out-of-office replies stopped opening conversations.
| Blog DR | Share of blogs that replied | Share of replies that named a price |
|---|---|---|
| 0-9 | 6.9% | 13.1% |
| 10-19 | 7.1% | 16.5% |
| 20-29 | 7.6% | 24.8% |
| 30-49 | 7.2% | 32.0% |
| 50+ | 8.8% | 25.5% |
| All | 7.8% | 24.4% |
DR moved the reply share by less than two points and the price share by almost nineteen: about one reply in eight from a DR 0-9 blog named a price, against nearly one in three from DR 30-49.
So set your answer on paid placements before the first batch. In MentionAgent it is one setting: undecided (the default, which asks the site for its terms), open to paying, or not paying, which offers a link exchange instead. Reply drafts follow it, the agent never agrees to a price, and any payment goes from you to the site directly.
Per placement or outreach: which fits
Buy per placement when you want a set number of links at a set DR and budget per link.
Use outreach when you want to pick the blogs and keep the conversations, including the ones that went nowhere. Nothing is promised: each placement depends on a blogger saying yes.
Neither fits if you need links this week (a new inbox reaches 40 a day only from week 4) or have no page that fits the posts you would pitch. To run blogger outreach yourself instead, see blogger outreach tools, link outreach and collaborating with bloggers. For the same pipeline sold as a fully run service, see managed link building.
Frequently asked questions
What does a blogger outreach service do?
It finds blogs that fit your site, finds the person who runs each one, pitches them, and works the replies until a link is live or the conversation ends. Most services on page one sell the result per placement at a DR tier. MentionAgent runs the outreach itself and prices the pipeline, not the link.
How much does a blogger outreach service cost?
Read on each provider's own page on 19 October 2026: BloggerOutreach.services $25 (DR 20-29) to $290 (DR 70+) per placement, Stan Ventures from $37, FATJOE $82 (DR 10+) to $517 (DR 60+), Optuno $150 to $500 for a single post, OneLittleWeb $2,999 to $9,999 a month. MentionAgent is $99 to $629 a month by sending inbox, with no per-link price.
Does MentionAgent pay bloggers for placements?
No. MentionAgent doesn't buy links or pay publishers. When a blogger names a price, the reply draft follows your setting: undecided (asks for their terms), open to paying, or not paying (offers a link exchange instead). The agent never agrees to a price. Any payment goes from you to the site directly.
Do you guarantee a number of placements?
No. Every placement depends on a blogger saying yes. What you get is the pipeline: blogs found, pitches written, replies in one inbox, and every live link re-checked nightly.
How soon does outreach start?
The sending inbox is new, so it warms up first: 5 emails a day in week 1, then 10, then 20, and up to 40 a day from week 4.
