AirOps Review: Pricing, Offsite Outreach and What AI Cites
AirOps is a content and AI search platform: it tracks how AI engines mention your brand, produces and refreshes content with AI workflows, and since June 2026 runs publisher outreach through a product called Offsite. Everything below was checked on airops.com on 1 November 2026.
Good fit for content teams that want tracking, AI content production and publisher outreach in one platform. It lists no plan prices, and Solo tracks ChatGPT only.
Plans: Solo and Pro self-serve, Enterprise through sales. No plan prices shown.
Outreach: Offsite, in-platform or fully managed, booked on a call.
AirOps says nearly 90% of third-party AI citations are listicles and comparisons. Of more than 75,000 third-party citations in our ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini scans, 39% had a list or comparison URL. URL shape is a rough test.
AirOps pricing
| Plan | AI visibility | Content tasks | Brand kits / knowledge bases | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | ChatGPT only | 35,000 | 1 / 3 | 1 |
| Pro | 10+ answer engines | 100,000 | 1 / 5 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | Custom prompt and page limits | Custom | Unlimited | Unlimited |

The only price on the page is in its FAQ: extra Solo tasks cost $0.025 each. Reviews quote plan prices that AirOps does not show: Profound (January 2026) and Analyze (May 2026) say about $200 and $2,000 a month, and Rankability (June 2026) says from $99. All three sell competing tools. Ask for a quote with your task volume.
Offsite: AirOps' outreach product
AirOps introduced Offsite on 11 June 2026. It ranks the publishers AI cites in your category with an "Influence Score", runs outreach to them, and tracks which placements move your AI visibility. Two ways to buy it:
- Platform: workflows that find citation gaps and contacts and write outreach copy. Your team sends it.
- Fully managed: AirOps runs the inboxes, daily outreach, content, "negotiation and payment management" and reporting.
AirOps says most customers see first placements in 30 to 45 days. None of the five top-ranking AirOps reviews we read on 1 November 2026 cover Offsite.
Testing the 90% listicle claim
Offsite's launch post leans on this number: "Nearly 90% of third-party citations come from listicles, buying guides, and comparison content." We sorted the third-party URLs ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini cited in MentionAgent's AI visibility scans by what the URL itself says:
| Cited URL looks like | Share |
|---|---|
| List, review or comparison (best, top, vs, alternatives, reviews, tools and similar words) | 38.6% |
| Other article or page | 50.2% |
| Homepage, pricing or product page | 8.7% |
| Forum or community | 1.3% |
| Video | 0.9% |
| Wiki or reference | 0.3% |
By engine, Claude's cited URLs were lists or comparisons 46.6% of the time, Gemini's 37.9% and ChatGPT's 32.4%. URL shape misses lists with plain slugs and also counts some single-product review and service pages, so treat 39% as a rough cut, not a verdict. Gemini supplies 57% of these citations. AirOps hasn't published its method, names Perplexity where we use Gemini, and its "third-party" may exclude vendor sites we counted, so the two figures may not measure the same thing. What our data does support: lists and comparisons are the largest single kind of page AI cites, which is the reason Offsite targets them.
Method: MentionAgent production records, answers marked ok, harvest segment and outreach workspaces excluded, each workspace's own site removed from its citations. Classes come from URL host and path only. AirOps does not publish how it measured its figure.
How often AI names AirOps
In 129 answers to questions about AI visibility and AI search tools (27 July to 1 November 2026), ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini named AirOps 9 times and cited airops.com in 7. Leaving out questions that name a vendor, it was 8 of 111. More tools are compared in AirOps alternatives and AirOps vs Profound.

- Teams that only need tracking at a listed price: see the Peec AI review or LLM tracking tools.
- Teams that want outreach at a listed price: MentionAgent finds blogs in your niche, including pages AI engines cite, and emails their owners a pitch, from $99 a month, tracking ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini as it goes. It does not produce content or track Perplexity.
