Med Spa Write For Us
Four phrasings across six aesthetics terms returned 124 candidate pages. Every one was opened, and 41 were live and inviting contributions.
17 cleared Open PageRank 2, the floor our master list uses, and a hand review removed 2.
The table below is 15 sites. They range from a genuine aesthetics trade journal to consumer beauty titles that publish treatment writing.
8 named a price on their contributor page and were removed for it, the highest paid share in this batch after landscaping.
Who you write to changes what comes back. MentionAgent has sent 41,861 outreach emails as of 22 September 2026, and they split cleanly by the kind of inbox they were addressed to.
33,029 (78.9%) went to a named person and 8,832 (21.1%) went to a role inbox such as info, contact, hello or editor.
Role inboxes are usually the fallback when no person is listed. They are read by whoever is on duty, which is why a pitch sent there has to explain itself in the first line rather than assume context.
Aesthetics sites lean towards forms and role addresses more than most verticals, so expect a larger share of this list to be the second kind.
Counted from MentionAgent's production send table on 22 September 2026, across every workspace, classified on the local part of the recipient address. Our own sending, not a market benchmark.
Aesthetics is the most commercial vertical in this batch and it shows in the crawl. More sites named a price than in any vertical except landscaping, and the search phrases pull in a dense layer of general beauty sites that will publish anything. Separating the publications with real treatment editorial from the ones selling placements is what this page is for.
How this list was built
Every row started as a search result and ended as a page we fetched and read. Nothing here is carried over from somebody else's list.
The footprint search ran four phrasings against six terms: med spa, medical spa, aesthetics, injectables, botox and laser treatments. After stripping platforms, wires and listicles, 124 candidate domains remained.
41 passed. The 83 that failed were 43 off-topic, 28 blocked, 8 selling placements and 4 unreachable.

The score is a triage tool. It is logarithmic, it is public, and it will not tell you whether a publication's readers book treatments.
Why aesthetics attracts so many write-for-us farms
Treatment keywords carry advertising value, so sites exist purely to sell a link beside them. Eight of the candidates here named a fee outright, and several more read like general blogs with a treatment category bolted on.
Two came off in the hand review. One was an SEO agency selling beauty guest posts rather than publishing them. One was adult-adjacent and had already been removed from our beauty page for the same reason.
A paid placement is a legitimate product and we are not calling it fraud. It is advertising, Google expects it to be marked, and if it is not then the exposure sits with the buyer.
Before and after imagery, and what you can claim
Two rules recur across the guidelines above and both are stricter than in general beauty writing. Before and after photographs usually need documented consent, and several publishers will not run them at all from an outside contributor.
Outcome claims are the other gate. Naming a device or a product and stating what it achieves moves a piece from editorial into advertising, and the publications with real treatment editorial police that line closely because their own advertising depends on it.
Write about the decision rather than the device. What a consultation covers, how to tell a good practitioner from a bad one, and what recovery actually looks like are all publishable and none of them trip the claims rules.
What to send an aesthetics editor
Send the piece that only a clinic could write. Complication management, how consent conversations go, or what you turn patients away for will all be read and none of them are in the pile of product roundups every editor receives.
Keep the clinic name in the author biography and out of the body. The same boundary holds one vertical over in fitness, where the placement survives and the sales paragraph does not.
Our guest post pitch template covers structure, and the subject line guide covers getting opened.
Writing to a form or a role inbox
More of this list routes through a form or a shared address than in the other verticals here, which changes how the first line has to work. Nobody there knows who you are or why the mail arrived.
Say what the piece is, who wrote it and why that person is qualified, in the first two sentences. Across our own sending, 21.1 percent of mail went to a role inbox, and the pitches that work there are the ones that need no context to make sense.
Frequently asked questions
Do these med spa sites accept guest posts for free?
The 15 listed invite pitches without naming a fee on their submission page. Eight sites we checked did name one and were removed, the highest paid share in this batch after landscaping. Treatment keywords carry advertising value, so expect a price to come up on some of these once you write in.
How recently was this med spa list checked?
Every submission page was fetched on 22 September 2026. That date is the point of the page. On an earlier rebuild of our niche guest-posting pages, 29 of 101 previously published domains no longer verified after 11 days, because the page had gone, started charging or closed.
Can I include before and after photos in a med spa guest post?
Usually only with documented consent, and several publishers above will not run them from an outside contributor at all. Check the guidelines before you build the piece around images, because rewriting it without them after an editor says no is a great deal slower than planning for it.
Why were two sites removed by hand?
One was an SEO agency selling beauty guest posts rather than publishing them, which makes it a vendor and not a destination. The other was adult-adjacent and had already been dropped from our beauty page for the same reason. We publish the drops and the reasons rather than removing rows quietly.
Should I pitch med spa or aesthetics sites?
Search both, plus injectables and laser treatments. They surface overlapping but different populations, which is why this crawl ran six terms. The aesthetics phrasing leans towards trade and practitioner titles, and the med spa one towards consumer and local business coverage.
What do I write if the site only has a contact form?
Lead with what the piece is, who wrote it and why they are qualified, inside the first two sentences. Forms and role inboxes are read by whoever is on duty rather than by a commissioning editor. Across MentionAgent's own sending, 21.1 percent of mail went to a role inbox, and the pitches that land there are the ones that need no prior context.
