Chiropractic Write For Us
Four phrasings across six terms returned 147 candidate pages. All were opened, and 39 were live and inviting contributions.
14 cleared Open PageRank 2, the floor our master list uses, and a hand review removed 3.
The table below is 11 sites. Most are broad wellness and therapy publications rather than chiropractic-only titles, because very few of those take contributions.
51 candidates were off-topic, the highest share in this batch. The words back pain and posture appear across a great deal of writing that has nothing to do with this profession.
A pitch that never arrives cannot be rejected. MentionAgent records a bounce type on every one it gets back, and as of 22 September 2026 there are 977 bounces on record.
551 were soft and 426 were hard. A soft bounce is a full mailbox or a temporary refusal and can be retried. A hard bounce means the address does not exist.
Hard bounces are the ones that matter, because repeatedly mailing dead addresses is what damages a sending reputation and quietly moves later mail to spam.
The practical lesson for a short list like this one: verify the address on the contributor page rather than guessing a pattern, and stop sending to anything that hard bounces once.
Counted from MentionAgent's production send table on 22 September 2026, across every workspace, on rows carrying a bounce type. Our own sending, not a market benchmark.
Chiropractic produced more off-topic results than any other vertical in this batch, and the reason is vocabulary. Back pain, posture and spinal health are written about by physiotherapists, ergonomics vendors, mattress retailers and general wellness blogs, almost none of which are looking for a chiropractic contribution. Filtering that noise is most of the work.
How this list was built
Each row began as a search result and finished as a page we fetched ourselves. Nothing is carried from another list.
The footprint search ran four phrasings against six terms: chiropractic, chiropractor, spinal health, back pain, posture and manual therapy. That left 147 candidate domains after platforms, wires and listicles were stripped.
39 passed. The 108 that failed were 51 off-topic, 42 blocked, 8 unreachable, 6 selling placements and 1 that states it has closed submissions.

Treat the number as a filter rather than a ranking. It is logarithmic, it is checkable by anyone, and it says nothing about whether a publication's readers are the people you want.
Evidence standards are the gate in this vertical
Chiropractic is contested in a way that landscaping and solar are not, and the publications in this table sit at different points on that argument. Some publish practitioner writing sympathetically. At least one exists partly to scrutinise it.
We removed a well known evidence-based medicine title from the list for exactly this reason. Its contributor page is genuine and it would not thank you for a chiropractic placement pitch, so sending one wastes both sides' time.
Read the archive before pitching. This is the one vertical here where a technically correct, well written submission can be rejected purely because the publication disagrees with the premise.
Practitioner sites and consumer wellness sites
The consumer wellness titles here want a reader who has back pain and wants to understand it. Plain language, what an appointment involves, and when to see someone else instead.
The practitioner-facing ones want technique, case handling and the business of running a clinic. A clinic owner writing for the first time usually pitches the consumer version to the practitioner title, which is the mismatch that sinks it.
What to send a chiropractic editor
Cite anything clinical, and be specific about what your evidence does and does not show. Overclaiming is the fastest rejection in health publishing and it costs you the relationship as well as the piece.
Write from practice. A case you handled, a referral pattern you changed, or an account of what you tell patients who arrive with an expectation you cannot meet will all be read. A general explainer on spinal anatomy will not.
Our guest post pitch template covers the structure, and the subject line guide covers the part that decides whether it is opened.
Getting the address right before you send
On a list of eleven, a wrong address is a meaningful share of your opportunities. Every row here links the submission page, and most of those pages name either a form or a specific inbox.
Use what the page gives you rather than guessing a pattern from the domain. Guessed addresses are where hard bounces come from, and our own 426 hard bounces are a standing reminder that the cost lands on your future mail rather than on this one.
Frequently asked questions
Do these chiropractic sites accept guest posts for free?
The 11 listed invite pitches without naming a fee on their submission page. Six sites we checked did name one and were removed for it. A contributor page is an invitation to pitch, not a guarantee of a free placement, and a price can still come up once you write in.
Why are most of these wellness sites rather than chiropractic sites?
Because very few chiropractic-only publications take contributions. Of 147 candidates, 51 were off-topic, mostly physiotherapy, ergonomics and mattress content that happens to use the words back pain and posture. What clears the checks is largely broad wellness and therapy titles that will publish a chiropractic piece written for their readers.
How recently was this chiropractic list checked?
Every submission page was fetched on 22 September 2026. These lists go stale quickly: on an earlier rebuild of our niche guest-posting pages, 29 of 101 previously published domains no longer verified after 11 days.
Why did you remove an evidence-based medicine site from the list?
Its contributor page is real, but the publication scrutinises chiropractic rather than publishing sympathetically about it. Sending it a chiropractic placement pitch wastes the editor's time and yours. We list the drop and the reason rather than removing it quietly.
How do I avoid bouncing on a list this small?
Use the address or form named on the submission page instead of guessing a pattern from the domain. MentionAgent's own sending carries 426 hard bounces against 551 soft ones, and hard bounces are the ones that damage the reputation your later mail depends on. Stop sending to any address that hard bounces once.
Is a chiropractic guest post worth writing?
It is worth writing when the publication's readers are patients or peers you actually want, and when you can cite what you claim. This is the vertical where a good piece is most likely to be rejected on the premise rather than the prose, so read a few recent articles before you spend the time.
