HR Guest Posting Sites: 10 Blogs Accepting Submissions
Every HR, recruitment, and people ops site below was checked on August 23, 2026. We loaded each submission page and read it. If the page 404’d, bounced to the homepage, or had quietly stopped asking for contributions, it is not here. HR publications favour practitioners. If you have run the process you are writing about, say so in the first line.
HR publishing is dominated by vendors, and vendor contributor programmes stop the moment a content lead changes job. A copied list keeps pointing at those. Each page below was loaded and read on the date above.
This list is shorter than the ones you will find elsewhere, and that is the finding. The crawl behind it loaded 647 submission pages and kept 320: 35 sell placements outright and 132 had no working submission page. 11 of the survivors are HR sites, and 1 of those were free and real but too small for a link to do much. That leaves 10. A list of fifty in this niche is mostly sites that will publish anything for a fee, and you can find those without our help.

What this list leaves out, and why
Every niche list on this site comes out of one crawl. That crawl loaded 647 submission pages and kept 320; 11 of the survivors are HR sites. Here is where the rest went:
- 132 had no working submission page. The URL 404’d, timed out, or redirected to the homepage. A submission page that bounces you to the homepage is a dead page wearing a live one’s clothes.
- 35 sell placements. Their own pages quote a price, an editorial fee, or a sponsored rate. A link you pay for is a paid link no matter what the invoice says, and search engines treat it that way. If you want to buy links anyway, you do not need our list to find them.
- 160 blocked our crawler. We could not read the page, so we cannot tell you it is live and we did not list it. That is a limit on what we can see, not a verdict on the site.
- 1 of the 11 HR sites were below our authority floor. They accept guest posts and they are free, but at an Open PageRank under 2 a link is unlikely to move anything. They are real options if you are starting from zero and want the practice.
How to pitch these sites without wasting the send
HR submission pages are explicit about vendor pitches, because they receive so many. Most say plainly whether a supplier may contribute and under what conditions. Read that page first: ignoring a stated no-vendor rule wastes the send entirely.
Then pitch practice, not product. HR editors want something a people team can act on next week, and a pitch that reads as a product brief is filtered before it is finished. Our guest post pitch template covers the structure, and the link building email templates go deeper on the opening line.
Doing this at scale
Ten HR blogs is a week of work once each brief is read, each piece written to it, and the quiet ones followed up. The list is short enough that a generic pitch to any of them is a waste of the one chance you get.
MentionAgent is backlink software that takes the repetitive part. It looks for HR blogs continuously rather than working from a fixed list, checks the domain, finds who handles contributions, and drafts a pitch against a specific piece they published. You approve each email before it sends, from a warmed inbox on a sending domain we set up. See how it compares to other blogger outreach tools, or start free and let it scan your site.
Frequently asked questions
Are these hr guest posting sites free?
All ten were free to pitch when we checked. Across the same crawl we removed 35 sites that charge for placement rather than listing them unmarked, because paying for a link makes it a paid link regardless of the invoice. HR vendor blogs shift between editorial and sponsored, so confirm first.
How was this list put together?
We searched the phrases sites use to advertise for contributors, then loaded every submission page and read it. A site is only listed if the page returned successfully and was actually asking for contributions on August 23, 2026. One crawl feeds every niche list: of 647 submission pages we loaded, 320 were genuinely asking for contributions. 11 of those are HR sites, and 10 of them cleared our authority threshold.
What does the Open PageRank column mean?
Open PageRank is a free 0 to 10 authority score, shown because it is a real measurement rather than a number carried across from another list. It is not Domain Authority or Domain Rating. Whether a site reaches practitioners rather than other vendors is the more useful test.
Will a guest post on these sites actually help my rankings?
An HR link works when the audience is people teams rather than competing suppliers. One post read by practitioners beats ten on vendor blogs talking to each other. The paid placements came out for the same reason: links sold to anyone are the pattern search engines discount.
