Technology Guest Posting Sites: 37 Blogs Accepting Submissions
Every technology, engineering, and developer site below was checked on August 23, 2026. We loaded each submission page and read it. If the page 404’d, bounced to the homepage, or had quietly stopped asking for contributions, it is not here. Technology editors check what you claim. A post that shows the benchmark, the code, or the incident write-up gets read; another piece on industry trends does not.
Technology blogs have the highest turnover of any niche in this crawl. Publications shut, pivot to newsletters, or drop contributions without touching the page that invites them. Every entry below was loaded and read on the date above.

Guest posting sites in other niches
One crawl feeds every niche list on this site. Technology is the largest of them, which means the temptation to pitch everything is strongest here. A link from a site your buyers actually read is worth more than five from bigger sites they do not.

What this list leaves out, and why
Every niche list on this site comes out of one crawl. That crawl loaded 647 submission pages and kept 320; 39 of the survivors are technology sites. Here is where the rest went:
- 132 had no working submission page. The URL 404’d, timed out, or redirected to the homepage. A submission page that bounces you to the homepage is a dead page wearing a live one’s clothes.
- 35 sell placements. Their own pages quote a price, an editorial fee, or a sponsored rate. A link you pay for is a paid link no matter what the invoice says, and search engines treat it that way. If you want to buy links anyway, you do not need our list to find them.
- 160 blocked our crawler. We could not read the page, so we cannot tell you it is live and we did not list it. That is a limit on what we can see, not a verdict on the site.
- 2 of the 39 technology sites were below our authority floor. They accept guest posts and they are free, but at an Open PageRank under 2 a link is unlikely to move anything. They are real options if you are starting from zero and want the practice.
How to pitch these sites without wasting the send
Technology editors are the quickest to spot a piece written for a search engine rather than a reader. Their submission pages usually say so directly, alongside word counts and a rule on product mentions. Read it before drafting, not afterwards.
Then pitch something specific enough to be wrong. Technology editors see endless safe overviews; a pitch that takes a position, or explains a build in detail, is far rarer than it should be. Our guest post pitch template covers the structure, and the link building email templates go deeper on the opening line.
Doing this at scale
Thirty-seven technology blogs is the longest list on this site and roughly a month of work done by hand. That length is a trap: it invites a template, and a template is what these editors filter out first.
MentionAgent is backlink software that absorbs the volume. It finds technology blogs continuously rather than working from a fixed list, checks the domain, locates the person handling contributions, and drafts a pitch against a specific article on that site. You approve each email before it sends, from a warmed inbox on a sending domain we set up. See how it compares to other blogger outreach tools, or start free and let it scan your site.
Frequently asked questions
Are these technology guest posting sites free?
All thirty-seven were free to pitch when we checked. Across the same crawl we dropped 35 sites that charge for placement instead of listing them unmarked, because paying makes it a paid link whatever the invoice says. Technology sites move between editorial and sponsored often, so read the page first.
How was this list put together?
We searched the phrases sites use to advertise for contributors, then loaded every submission page and read it. A site is only listed if the page returned successfully and was actually asking for contributions on August 23, 2026. One crawl feeds every niche list: of 647 submission pages we loaded, 320 were genuinely asking for contributions. 39 of those are technology sites, and 37 of them cleared our authority threshold.
What does the Open PageRank column mean?
Open PageRank is a free 0 to 10 authority score. We publish it because it is a real measurement rather than a figure repeated from another list, and it is not Domain Authority or Domain Rating. On a list this long it is best used to sort, never to decide.
Will a guest post on these sites actually help my rankings?
A technology link works when the readers are the people who would use what you built. One post on a site your users already read beats ten on general tech blogs chasing the same news. The paid placements were cut for the same reason: links sold to anyone are the pattern search engines discount.
