Every niche list on this site comes out of one crawl. That crawl loaded 647 submission pages and kept 320; 10 of the survivors are real estate sites. Here is where the rest went:

132 had no working submission page. The URL 404’d, timed out, or redirected to the homepage. A submission page that bounces you to the homepage is a dead page wearing a live one’s clothes.
35 sell placements. Their own pages quote a price, an editorial fee, or a sponsored rate. A link you pay for is a paid link no matter what the invoice says, and search engines treat it that way. If you want to buy links anyway, you do not need our list to find them.
160 blocked our crawler. We could not read the page, so we cannot tell you it is live and we did not list it. That is a limit on what we can see, not a verdict on the site.
0 of the 10 real estate sites were below our authority floor. They accept guest posts and they are free, but at an Open PageRank under 2 a link is unlikely to move anything. They are real options if you are starting from zero and want the practice.
