Property Management Write For Us

September 2026 · Landlords, lettings and rental property.

Quick answer

Six property phrasings produced 78 candidate submission pages and 33 verified as live and genuinely inviting contributions.

15 clear Open PageRank 2. A hand review removed 7 that were single-market agencies or general media, leaving 8 sites.

16 of the 78 were off-topic, almost all of them general business sites keeping a real estate category open.

5 named a price. Property has more rate cards than the outdoor verticals and fewer than the trades.

Our data

A submission page is only useful if you can reach a person behind it. Across our own prospect pool of 29,804 domains, that is far from guaranteed.

24,636 domains, 82.7%, produced at least one contact address. The other 5,168 produced none at all.

24,179 of those, 98.1%, produced exactly one address. Two working addresses on one domain is the exception, not the norm.

The practical reading is that most domains give you one attempt at one inbox. That is an argument for writing fewer, better emails rather than for sending more of them.

Counted from our production prospect and contact tables on 2 September 2026, across every workspace. Our own pool, not a market estimate.

Property management is a phrase that general business sites reach for whenever they want a category to hang a guest post page on, so write for us property management and property management write for us both return a page one heavy with sites that have never written for a landlord. Eight publishers survived the filter, and the gap between 78 and 8 is the useful part of this page.

How this list was built

Four contributor footprints were run against property management, landlord, rental property, tenant, property investment and HOA management. After publishing platforms, press wires and competitor roundups were stripped out that left 78 candidate domains.

Each one was fetched and read, and 33 passed. A page passes only when it is actually asking for contributions rather than describing guest posting as a topic.

The 45 failures were 22 blocked by bot protection, 16 off-topic, 5 selling placements and 2 unreachable.

Fifteen of the thirty-three cleared Open PageRank 2. Reading each remaining page removed an entertainment site, a B2B directory, a marketing agency, an architecture title, a cash home buying operator and two blogs serving a single national market, leaving 8.

Two of the eight are United Kingdom publications and the rest are United States focused. That split matters for a piece about tenancy law, which does not travel, and matters far less for a piece about screening or maintenance, which does.

Landlords and investors are two different readers

The sites on this list split cleanly in two. Some write for a person with three units who wants to stop chasing rent, and some write for a person building a portfolio who wants yield maths. A piece pitched at the wrong half gets a polite no, and the tell is usually in the site's most recent five posts rather than in its guidelines.

The investor half overlaps heavily with the wider real estate guest posting pool, so if your piece is about returns rather than operations you have a much larger list to work from than this page.

The operations half is smaller and less contested, which is exactly why it is worth pitching. Maintenance scheduling, deposit disputes and turnover cost are subjects almost nobody writes well, and an editor who covers them will remember a writer who can.

What to send a property editor

Property editors read for specifics that can be checked. A piece about the importance of tenant communication says nothing. A piece that shows what a turnover actually cost across five units, with the line items, says something a landlord can act on this month.

Jurisdiction is the fastest way to lose the pitch. Deposit rules, notice periods and eviction process differ by state and by country, and an article that is silent about where it applies reads as filler. Name the jurisdiction in the first paragraph and the editor will trust the rest.

Keep the software pitch out of it. Several of these publishers state that vendor announcements belong in advertising. If the goal is a link, the article has to earn its place first, and our guide to link outreach covers how the sending motion around that works.

Most domains give you one inbox and one attempt

The number in the card above is the one that should change how you work this list. Across nearly thirty thousand domains in our own pool, 98.1% of the ones that yielded any contact yielded exactly one, and 5,168 yielded none at all.

Property sites are worse than average for this, because the domain is often a lettings business with a blog attached and the only published address goes to the sales desk. The submission page invites writers, the inbox is staffed by someone selling viewings, and the pitch dies without ever being declined.

The response is not to send more email. It is to spend the extra two minutes finding the byline that actually publishes on the site, and failing that, to write the email that works when a sales desk reads it. Our pitch template is built for the second case.

Eight sites is a starting point, not a campaign

Eight placements will not move a property management site in search on their own, and no honest list of this size will claim otherwise. What eight verified publishers give you is a first set of relationships and a realistic read on what this vertical will publish.

The wider pool is next door rather than far away. The general real estate guest posting list overlaps with the investor half of this audience, and the master list carries publishers who take property pieces filed under finance or home improvement.

Beyond guest posts, the same audience is reachable through the ordinary mechanics covered in how to build backlinks. A landlord tool that publishes its own turnover cost data will be cited by people who would never have answered a pitch.

How this list will change

Property blogs attached to a lettings business live and die with the business. When the agency is acquired or the marketing hire leaves, the blog stops and the submission page stays up, which is why a page can invite contributions for years after anyone stopped reading the replies.

We re-run the crawl rather than editing rows, so those sites drop out by themselves rather than sitting in a table getting older. What we cannot promise is that all eight will still be publishing next quarter.

Two minutes of checking beats any score. Open the site, read the most recent five posts, and look at whether a person's name is on them. A property blog publishing monthly under a named author is worth more at 2.2 than a dormant one at 3.0.

Frequently asked questions

How many property management sites accept guest posts?

We fetched 78 candidate submission pages and 33 were live and genuinely inviting contributions. Fifteen of those clear our Open PageRank 2 floor, and eight survived a hand review for being property publications rather than general media, directories or single-market agency blogs. Those eight are the list on this page.

Why is the property management list so short?

Because most pages ranking for the phrase are not property publications. Sixteen of the 78 candidates were off-topic, nearly all of them general business sites that keep a real estate category open for guest posts without ever writing for a landlord. A further 22 were behind bot protection we could not read.

Do property sites charge for guest posts?

Five of the 78 candidates named a price on the page and were excluded for it. That is more common than in the outdoor verticals and less common than in the trades. A paid placement is advertising rather than a contribution, and Google expects paid links to carry the sponsored attribute.

Are these sites for landlords or for property investors?

Both, and the split is roughly even. Some of the eight write for an owner with a handful of units who wants operational advice, and some write for an investor who wants yield maths. Read the five most recent posts before you pitch, because the guidelines rarely say which reader the site actually serves.

Is property management write for us a different search from write for us property management?

Google ranks a different page one for each, so a small publisher can be visible on one phrasing and invisible on the other. This page answers both. The eight sites in the table were fetched and read on 2 September 2026 regardless of which way the search was typed.

How current is this property management list?

Every submission page was fetched on 2 September 2026. That date is the point of the page: on an earlier rebuild of our niche guest-posting lists, 29 of 101 previously published domains failed re-verification after 11 days. Open the page yourself before you write.
