Vefogix Review: Prices, Refunds, Reviews and Alternatives

Updated 12 October 2026 · Link Building · By Matt

Vefogix is a guest post and link marketplace: publishers list their sites with a price, and you buy a post on the ones you pick. Every price, policy and review below was checked at its source on 12 October 2026.

Verdict

A large, working marketplace where each publisher sets the price, so a listing can be far from what the site's owner asks directly. Refunds are case by case, and Trustpilot shows no rating and says it removed fake reviews.

Prices: $6 to $928 a post on the 88 dofollow listings we checked, median $113, plus any fees shown at checkout. Details

Watch out: no clause we found covers a link that is removed after delivery. Refund rules

Alternatives: MentionAgent (no per-post price), Adsy, iCopify, PressWhizz, Rhino Rank. Compare

Our data

88 sites listed on Vefogix had also quoted MentionAgent a price directly. Vefogix was cheaper on 43 and dearer on 44, and on 32 the two prices were at least a factor of two apart.

How Vefogix pricing works

Vefogix does not set prices. Its FAQ says publishers "each decide their rates depending on the given services. VefoGix has no say in these price choices." Each site has its own listing with a price, the number of links allowed, the turnaround and the content rules.

  • Per-post prices: on the 88 dofollow listings we pulled for the comparison below, prices ran from $6 to $928, with a median of $113. Most allowed one or two dofollow links per post.
  • Fees: its payment terms say Vefogix "may charge Buyers platform fees, service fees, convenience fees, small-order fees, taxes, currency conversion charges, or similar amounts", all shown before payment.
  • Payment: you pay upfront, before an order starts.
  • Size: its own pages claim anything from "70k+" to "125093 +" sites; its sitemaps listed 31,507 site pages when we counted.

The company behind it is Vefogix LLC; its payment terms add "Powered by Apex Web Cube LLC", and its Trustpilot profile gives an address in Sheridan, United States. Its own domain has an Ahrefs Domain Rating of 54.

Same site, two prices: Vefogix vs the owner's own quote

MentionAgent emails bloggers asking for an editorial mention, and when a reply names a price it is the owner's own opening ask. Among the sites that named a price in reply to MentionAgent outreach between 4 June and 12 October 2026, 88 also had a dofollow Vefogix listing and a one-off dollar quote we could compare:

On the same siteSites
Vefogix listing cheaper than the owner's lowest direct price43
Same price1
Vefogix listing dearer44
Vefogix at half the owner's price or less16
Vefogix at double the owner's price or more16

The medians were close, $113 on Vefogix against $127.50 direct, but single sites were far apart. Listings last updated in 2025 were more often the cheaper side (14 of 23) than those updated in 2026 (29 of 64). A Vefogix price is what one seller asks, not what the site costs: when the gap matters, email the site and ask.

Method: MentionAgent's production records, link-building workspaces only. The owner's price is the lowest one-off, dofollow, US-dollar price in their reply, read by hand; yearly, monthly, nofollow-only and non-dollar quotes are left out. The Vefogix price is the guest post price on each site's listing page, fetched on 12 October 2026. Two nofollow listings are left out.

Vefogix reviews: Trustpilot

On 12 October 2026, Trustpilot showed no rating for Vefogix LLC: "This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines," with the explanation "We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company." 26 reviews remained, 81% of them 5-star.

Vefogix's Trustpilot page on 12 October 2026. Reviews below the header are cropped out.

Four 1-star reviews were listed:

  • 31 March to 3 April 2026: one buyer, in three reviews, says sample links were dofollow and indexable but their live links were noindex and nofollow, and that some article links later returned 404. Vefogix replied to each, and in August said the issue had been resolved.
  • November 2025: a buyer of Vefogix's DA/PA checker tool says it stopped working and support did not answer. Vefogix replied that a Moz API problem caused it and that it added credits.

These are individual accounts we have not verified. The 5-star reviews we read praise the site choice and support.

Refunds, and what happens if a link is removed

Vefogix's refund policy allows a cancellation when, for example, the publisher fails to deliver on time, stops responding, or delivers something materially different from the order. It also says:

  • "Refund approval is not automatic and may require review by Vefogix."
  • Refunds may be denied where the service "was substantially delivered as described" or the issue can be fixed with a revision.
  • In a dispute, Vefogix's decision "will be final to the extent permitted by law".

Listings describe link validity as "Permanent", and the FAQ says articles "generally remain live for an extended period, depending on the publisher's policies". We found no clause in the refund policy or terms that promises a refund or a replacement if a link is removed after the order is complete. Screenshot the live page, its robots tag and the link's rel attribute on delivery, since that is what the buyer above says changed.

Are Vefogix links white hat?

The listings sell dofollow links in paid posts. Google's spam policies list "buying or selling links for ranking purposes" as link spam unless the link is marked rel="nofollow" or rel="sponsored". That applies to every marketplace in this list, not only Vefogix. For the earned route, see white hat link building.

1. MentionAgent: ask the owner, skip the listing price

Best for: founders and marketers who want links from blogs in their niche without paying per post.

MentionAgent finds blog posts already covering your topic, finds the editor's email, writes a pitch about that specific post and sends it from an inbox on a sending domain set up for you. You approve emails before they send, or turn on auto-send, from the dashboard, Telegram, or Claude Code, Cursor and any MCP client.

  • Price: from $99/mo, with no per-link fees. Finding blogs and contacts is free; credits pay for the AI drafts.
  • When a site asks for money: the reply comes to you with the owner's own price, which, as the table above shows, can sit far from the marketplace one. Paying is your decision.
  • The catch: every link depends on a blogger saying yes, so there is no catalogue and no fixed count per month.

Pick it if you would rather talk to the site owner than buy from a listing. See how the outreach agent works.

2. Adsy, iCopify and PressWhizz: other marketplaces

The same self-serve model: you browse sites, pick one and pay its listed price. Compare their prices and terms on Adsy alternatives, iCopify alternatives and PressWhizz alternatives. The same-site check above applies to any marketplace: a listing is one seller's price.

3. Rhino Rank or FATJOE: let the vendor pick

Managed vendors choose the sites and write the content for a listed package price. Pick one if you do not want to vet sites yourself. See our Rhino Rank review and FATJOE review, and how much backlinks cost for prices across vendors.

Frequently asked questions

Is Vefogix legit?

It is a real, working marketplace run by Vefogix LLC, and it lists tens of thousands of sites. But on 12 October 2026 Trustpilot showed no rating for it, with the notice that it had removed a number of fake reviews for the company. Of the 26 reviews left, four were 1-star, three of them from one buyer who says live links were noindex or nofollow, or went 404.

How much does Vefogix cost?

There is no single price. Each publisher sets its own, and Vefogix says it has no say in them. On the 88 dofollow listings we checked, prices ran from $6 to $928 a post, with a median of $113. Vefogix's payment terms also allow platform, service, small-order and currency fees, shown before you pay.

Does Vefogix give refunds?

Sometimes. Its refund policy says refunds are not automatic and are reviewed case by case, for example when a publisher does not deliver or delivers something materially different. Refunds can be refused when the work was substantially delivered or the issue can be fixed by a revision, and Vefogix's decision in a dispute is final. We found no clause promising a refund or replacement if a link is removed later.

Are Vefogix prices cheaper than going direct?

Not reliably. On 88 sites that were listed on Vefogix and had also quoted MentionAgent a price directly, Vefogix was cheaper on 43 and dearer on 44. On 16 it was half the owner's price or less, and on another 16 it was double or more.

What is the best Vefogix alternative?

For links without a price per post, MentionAgent, from $99 a month, which pitches bloggers in your niche directly. For another self-serve marketplace, Adsy, iCopify or PressWhizz. For a managed vendor that picks sites for you, Rhino Rank or FATJOE.
